Workshop with Cassidy Johnston

Building A Roadmap Through Agriculture

The ag industry can feel incredibly difficult to navigate–because it is. It’s a topographical map, not a GPS route. We don’t have a plan laid out in front of us like many other industries, but that doesn’t mean we can’t build one of our own. This talk is geared towards new and young producers and industry professionals to help them build their own roadmap as they embark upon their careers.

-goals and vision-casting,

-networking and mentorship,

-how to figure out the next step

-what to do when things go wrong,

-when is a side quest or detour is the right move.

This isn’t an inspirational leadership talk–it’s a workshop, actionable planning session, and mindset exercise all rolled into one, so attendees leave with a clearer path forward and the tools to continue building it as they go.
